By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the naq88 online gaming platform (the "Platform"), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. Together, these documents form the complete legal agreement between you and naq88 (the "Agreement").

Your acceptance is indicated by any one of the following actions: completing the naq88 registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox during onboarding, depositing funds into your naq88 account, or placing a bet or wager through the Platform. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are required to immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

naq88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, naq88 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

naq88 is strictly an adult platform. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of naq88:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh or the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of naq88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

naq88 implements age verification procedures during the registration process. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of your age and identity at any point during your use of the Platform. naq88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the age eligibility requirement is not satisfied, and to forfeit any balances associated with such an account in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

To access the full range of naq88 services, you must register a personal account on the Platform. Each individual player may hold only one registered account on naq88. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile phone number, and a unique password. You warrant that all information provided at registration and subsequently is truthful and not misleading. naq88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your naq88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or share your account with another person. naq88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify naq88 immediately via the Live Chat support function or by emailing [email protected]. naq88 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

naq88 operates a Know Your Customer programme in accordance with its obligations as a responsible gaming platform. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or in response to security reviews. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities.

All financial transactions on naq88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). naq88 supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. naq88 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of naq88.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on naq88 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by naq88, though your mobile money provider may apply their own daily limits.
• Deposits are credited to your naq88 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, contact naq88 support immediately with your transaction reference number.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. naq88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any such deposits may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• naq88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to unusually large or frequent deposit transactions.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. naq88 does not transfer winnings to accounts not registered in your own name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification requirements as described in Section 3. naq88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the completion of any outstanding verification steps.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance exceeds this floor.

Responsible Funds Management

naq88 holds all player funds in accounts segregated from the platform's operational funds. This means your deposited balance is protected and available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the verification and operational requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

naq88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed the naq88 registration process and whose accounts are in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each offer's specific terms.

naq88 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all registered players. To protect the integrity of the Platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Money Laundering: Using the naq88 Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. naq88 is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in Bangladesh.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any live casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players. This includes the use of game-hacking tools, data scraping programs, or artificial intelligence systems designed to circumvent normal gameplay.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through any payment provider in respect of funds deposited on naq88. Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent transactions and will result in immediate account suspension and legal escalation where appropriate.
• Abusive Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing behaviour toward naq88 staff or other players via any communication channel including Live Chat, email, or WhatsApp.

naq88 employs real-time monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, naq88 reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account, void any bets or wagers placed during the period of prohibited activity, withhold or forfeit account balances where legally permissible, and report the activity to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

Game Integrity

All games available on naq88 are supplied by independently certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Any unauthorised use of naq88's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws, and naq88 reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies in such circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, naq88 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the availability or functionality of the Platform arising from circumstances beyond naq88's reasonable control, including network failures, server outages, third-party payment provider issues, or acts of God.
• Losses resulting from your own decisions, including wagers placed based on your own judgment or reliance on any information displayed on the Platform.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balance displays caused by technical errors, provided that naq88 takes commercially reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon identification.

Where naq88's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, naq88's total aggregate liability to you arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits naq88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Either you or naq88 may terminate your account at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary Closure by You

You may request the closure of your naq88 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before your account is closed, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment account subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements. Voluntary closure does not affect your liability for any amounts owed to naq88 at the time of closure.

Termination by naq88

naq88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
• Inactivity on the account for a continuous period of 12 months, in which case naq88 will first attempt to notify you at the registered email address or mobile number. Any dormant account balance will be held for a period not less than 6 years before being treated as unclaimed funds in accordance with applicable law.

Where naq88 terminates an account due to a breach by you, naq88 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any balance held in that account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

naq88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a registered player — naq88 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address or mobile number associated with your account before the amendment takes effect.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms and Conditions, you must notify naq88 prior to the amendment's effective date and close your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision, or updates to contact information — may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to your use of naq88 or these Terms and Conditions, you agree to first contact naq88 at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. naq88 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days in Bangladesh Standard Time.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to the courts of Bangladesh, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with naq88's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms applicable to your account, constitute the entire agreement between you and naq88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
